CHARLES AIRUT

Charles Airut is one of the two firm’s Founding Partners. He has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1978.

Charles Airut obtained a Bachelor Degree in French and Lebanese Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Saint Joseph University before obtaining a Masters in Private Law from La Sorbonne - Pantheon in Paris, France. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

After his Masters, he joined Roger Assi law firm, with whom he worked for seventeen years.

In 1995, he founded with Marie Antoinette Airut, Airut Law Offices which has been growing since. Charles Airut advises several Lebanese banks as well as foreign and local investors for matters relating to corporate, banking, bankruptcy, enforcement procedures, construction and real estate.

Charles Airut is often invited to participate in workshops for the revision of civil procedure legislation.
